Zmanify ("we", "us") is a UK-based AI consultancy run by Dovi Levin. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

If you take the AI Readiness Score quiz, we collect your answers, your first name, your email address, and your phone number if you choose to provide it.

If you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the details you enter, such as your name and email address, under its own privacy policy.

We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

We use your quiz answers to calculate your score and prepare for any conversation we have with you. We use your email address to send you your results and, occasionally, practical insights on using AI in your work. We use your phone number, if provided, only to contact you about your enquiry.

Our lawful basis for this under UK data protection law is legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, and consent for any ongoing emails, which you can withdraw at any time.

Where it's stored

Quiz responses are stored securely in our systems, currently using Google Workspace services. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and quiz data for as long as it remains relevant to a current or potential client relationship. If you ask us to delete your information, we will.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email dov@zmanify.ai.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send includes a way to opt out, or you can simply reply and ask. We'll action it promptly.
