Zmanify is an AI consultancy for non-technical business leaders. We help founders, executives and professional practices put AI to work through masterclasses, AI audits, hands-on training and custom AI agents. The goal is simple: give you back time for the work that actually moves your business. All in plain English, no jargon, no vendor pitch.
People in your industry are already using it, and quietly pulling ahead. They're getting more done in less time, and the gap is widening.
You want AI that fits how your business actually works. Something the team will actually use. Something that gives your people their time back, so they can spend it on the work that moves the business forward.
01
Lay the foundations. Get everyone on the same page.
A hands-on session that gives your team a working understanding of AI: what it actually does, where it's useful, and where it's just hype. Plain English, built around your work, not a generic webinar.
02
Find where you're leaving time and money on the table.
We walk through how your team operates day to day, find the bottlenecks and manual work, and pinpoint where AI saves hours and cuts cost. You leave with a clear, prioritised action plan.
03
See AI work on your own tasks, live.
We take your team's real, day-to-day work into the room and run it through AI live. Your people watch hours of work collapse into minutes, then do it themselves.
What you walk away with
A clear picture of where AI fits your business, and where it doesn't
A prioritised action plan: your highest-impact opportunities, ranked
A team that doesn't just understand AI, but uses it in their daily work
Confidence on what's worth building next, and what isn't
What you walk out with
If a piece of work won't give you back time or sharpen your decisions, we won't take it on.
Drafting, summarising, reporting, chasing. The work that eats your week gets done in minutes instead of afternoons, so you can spend your time on the higher-value work that actually moves the business forward.
Faster turnaround, fewer dropped leads, and capacity to serve more clients with the team you already have. Growth without the headcount that usually comes with it.
Your team is provided with a level of understanding and competence to the point where AI gets embedded and leveraged on a day to day basis.
The tools will keep changing. You'll have someone whose job is to tell you what matters, what doesn't, and what to do about it, in plain English.
Why Zmanify
We explain AI in terms your team actually understands. No technical jargon. Designed for executives and decision-makers, not developers.
We work with your team to truly understand what they do in their day to day and how we can help them.
We get to the bottom of answering the question: how can AI actually save you time, and then implement it. The way you work after this service should look different to the way you worked before.
The founder
I'm Dovi Levin. I've spent the past three years living and studying across Israel, Australia and South Africa, and this business launched in Cape Town. It was built around one mission: helping people stay relevant in the AI era and catch the train before it's too late. Not the hype, the theory or noise, but the practical version, where AI takes the repetitive work off your plate and gives you time back for what matters: your clients, your relationships, the work you're actually good at.
AI is going to reshape our world, for better and worse. My focus is the practical question inside all of that: where it can actually help you, make your work lighter, and free you up for what you choose. Recently, I trekked Everest Base Camp, and it taught me something I keep coming back to in this work. The big things get done one deliberate step at a time, not in one heroic leap. That's how I approach AI with the people we work with too.
Our first conversation is just about building a relationship and finding out where that practical help actually lives for you.
All the best,
Dovi Levin
What clients say
"As a 62-year-old easily intimidated by technology, you have literally changed my life in a few short months."

FAQ
No, and that's rather the point. Everything is in plain English, built around how you already work. No jargon, no acronyms, no assumption that you've ever opened a line of code. Some of our best results have been with people who'd describe themselves as intimidated by technology.
We talk. About how your business actually runs, where your time goes, and where you might be leaving money on the table. The goal is to work out whether we can genuinely help, and where AI would actually save you time. No pitch, no slides. And if AI isn't the right answer to your problem, we'll tell you. That's the whole point of the conversation.
A valid concern, and one we take seriously, especially with clients in medicine, finance and other fields where confidentiality is everything. The short answer: nothing confidential needs to go anywhere it shouldn't. We design rollouts around proper data security from day one, which usually means enterprise-grade plans where your data stays yours and is never used to train anyone's models. If your firm has compliance requirements, we work within them, not around them.
You can have a Ferrari in the garage and still only ever drive it to the corner shop. Most teams with AI licences are using a fraction of what they're paying for, not because the tools are bad, but because nobody has shown them what the tools can do for their work specifically. The gap is almost never the technology. It's fit and adoption, and that's exactly what we fix.
It depends on what you need. We offer one-to-one executive sessions, ongoing retainers for leaders who want continued support, and team or company-wide sessions for startups through to corporates. Every engagement is a fixed, agreed price, no surprises, no scope creep. The first call is free, and part of it is working out which of these actually fits you.
Developers build software. Agencies hand you a deck. We work at the level of your strategy and operations, with the people actually doing the work. You deal directly with the founder from the first call to the finished result, no juniors, no handoffs.
For one-to-one sessions, usually immediately. Most clients work differently from the first session onwards, that's the standard we hold ourselves to. Team rollouts take longer to embed, weeks rather than months, but you'll see where the value is from day one.
That's exactly what we work on. It's almost never the people, it's that the tools were never fitted to the actual work. We run workshops with leadership teams on how to roll out AI properly, including how to bring along the sceptics, and a sceptical team that's been shown something genuinely useful tends to stop being sceptical quite quickly.
Something else on your mind? That's what the call is for.
Your competitors are silently using it to pull away and streamline their operations. One call, we'll find where it saves you the most time, and whether we're a fit. You'll be talking to me, not a sales team.
